Need a passport? Better have an appointment set up. They don't tell you that when you call. I found out when I got there, and they couldn't help me at all that day. At least they told me where I could go.

NEVER OPEN!!!
I've tried numerous times to have something shipped. Seems like they are open 15 minutes a day. Then take a 10 minute break. Completely useless. No wonder USPS is broke.

It's not that bad unless you're some kind of idiot that doesn't understand how the postal system works and expect some type of miracle from heaven for free.
