Cought them in so many lies and now treating us like the bad guys. Have spent 6 months going back and forth with this dealership. We have had a horrible experience with them and their cars. The vehicle we purchased has been in the shop more then our garage. Was promised to have things fixed before purchase and we are still having to get them to take care of it. To mention a few....Tire sensors on all 4 tires (salesmen said he ordered new ones only to find out today that was a lie confirmed by owner), rear hatch motor replaced (after being told it was my fault for pushing it down.. Confirmation proved it was a bad motor), 4-wheel drive modal went out (was told nothing wrong and was waisting their time fixing it.... Confirmation that was a lie), rotors and breaks replaced after three attempts!! Was told it had just ""sat too long", that was the reason for the jerky spongy stops!, cruise only works when it wants to, air conditioning stopped working, navigation system is going out, was promised two working key fobs only to be given one that  we had to have reprogrammed with the manufacturing dealership....These to just name a few. We were told the warranty we purchased would cover everything, even the specific questions we asked about air conditioning was confirmed would be covered under warranty...That was also a lie. Really wish I trusted my gut instinct with this place. We were talked down to, belittled, and treated horribly. Even gave them yet another chance to make things right when the owner got involved. I thought we were going to be done with this mess but turns out that was just wishful hoping. Owner stepped in to attempt to make things right. Was very appreciative and willing to work with them. Tried three different times for them to correct the problem and when I found out about yet another lie that was the last straw. Now I'm being accused of not working with them!! After I have had the vehicle back to their dealership 5+ times, a local mechanic of their choosing twice, another local repair shop twice, and even Springfield for repair!! I've been without a vehicle so many times!! I was given a loaner once that was trash. The AC didn't work and brakes were bad and that is what I'm to drive my child to school in?!?! It has been an absolute nightmare!! We tried for 6 months and countless times to get them to make it right!! Was even told this wasn't the first time the salesman had did this but since he brings in so much money from sales it's ok....Had me in tears of anger and frustration and will never forget how we were treated.

Nice cars. But no in house financing makes it harder to buy from them.
