Although we live over an hour away we have bought two cars from Jim Falk Motors and always given a 5-star review. That is why this past Friday we went there first to review their inventory we had already viewed online. We checked their hours and it said they closed at 6 so we headed that way. We arrived before 5 and although the sales person was polite everyone was gathering up the keys and preparing to leave. We couldn’t even see the inside of a few of the cars we were interested in and a test drive was definitely not going to be an option. When the sales person said we could come back in the morning, my husband asked, what time do you close? The salesman said 6 o clock and then asked what time it was. We said it’s 5. I realize that it was a holiday weekend, but the hours should not have said 6 if they were planning to leave at 5. We were encouraged to come back the next morning but I have to say that experience left me feeling unappreciated. I have always told people to check out Jim Falk if they’re looking for a car but I have to admit the next day we purchased a car elsewhere. I still think overall they are an excellent choice but I do hope they take this review to heart and try to prevent this from happening to another customer in the future.

Way to Simple!!! No haggle pricing.Furthermore, they met with me 300 mi. Out at no cost. And last follow-up calls were made to assure everything went. TOO EASY...

I cannot express enough how satisfied I am with Jim Falks customer service. I had a vehicle break down that I had recently gotten from them and they catered to me got the vehicle taken care of, got me into a loaner in the time it took to get mine fixed. Great people in this business!

In buying a truck recently from Jim Falk Motors, I was pleasantly surprised, one item in particular. Of course they made a good price on the truck, and of course the main staff and sales person was compassionate and kind. As expected and what most individuals will tell you. The part that surprised and surpassed my personal expectations was at the very end. The part where you sign your life away it feels like and everyone has second thoughts. Mrs. Koffman was the most exceptional lady and funnest person I have ever gave money to, let alone that much. She put you at ease, helped you smile and even laugh on occasion. Explained everything in a way you could understand and had a good time while doing it. Usually the worst part of car buying, was actually the very best. I have rarely met such a professional individual, put a person at ease so much and still do such a quality function. Usually once they get you to sign, you feel used, and they know they got you. In this instance, I actually feel good about the experience and have every intention of return business. If nothing else but because they followed through to the end with quality, value based work and products. Throw in a enjoyable experience, with exceptionally good people, they kind of sold me.
