As we move forward, we will continue to honor Randy's legacy and his business model. We love what we do -- it’s not just a job and we take our clients real estate needs very seriously. Our motto and the words of our founder, our boss & friend, Randy Fischer “the needs of the client come first….”

(Julie Rambow) My exposure to selling homes began in the mid 70's, my mother sold for Edina Realty for many years; little did I know that would lead me here today. My Grandfather was the Douglas County abstracter for many years while he raised his 4 children, his youngest, my father Neil. We always had a place at the lake, so I considered myself a summer resident kid. My dad returned to Alexandria at retirement. He and my mother owned and operated the Summer Place Resort on Lake Le Homme Dieu. My mother passed away in 1990 and my dad remarried Betty Stroh, they together for 20+years now have retired to a life of leisure that includes many friends, family, golf and various activities. I share this as I am not a native Alexandrian, I only became a full time resident in 2005, I have a long time great love for this area and consider it my home. I am proud to be a part of the community. My real estate licensure dates back to 1990 in Minnesota. I joined Randy Fischer Real Estate in 2008 as a licensed assistant to Randy Fischer. Together in the past 6 years Randy Fischer Real Estate has closed almost 500 transactions.

Kim Dahlheimer is an experienced agent with the knowledge and patience to assist you will all of your real estate needs. Being a long time area resident she is very familiar with the areas housing market. She will listen to your wants and needs and work diligently to find what you are looking for. As a part of Randy Fischer Real Estate, Kim knows that the needs of the client come first. Her integrity and work ethics will surpass most. Adam is an added asset to Randy Fischer Real Estate. His commitment to customer and staff support is second to none. He will take on a challenge and find a solution. You can count on Adam to get the job done. Adam and his family recently relocated back to the area from Lilburn Georgia, though as a summer kid he is very familiar with the area. He and his wife Ashley and their 3 young children look forward to being a part of the community and getting to know you.

Maggie enjoys all aspects of the real estate business. She is looking forward to helping with your real estate needs. Her responsibility is scheduling, marketing flyers, web site input and customer service. Maggie Has been on staff with Randy Fischer Real Estate since 2008. She and her family reside in Alexandria and are proud to be a part of this community. When you call more times than not Maggie's pleasant and friendly voice will be on the other end. You can count on Maggie to assist you in getting answers to your questions in a prompt and efficient manner. We are lucky to have her as a part of our team!
