Featured in the Wall Street Journal REAL Trends’ list of top performing agents, Ryan sold more homes in 2014 and 2015 than any other Keller Williams agent in our 6-state region of MN, WI, ND, SD, MT, WY and was also ranked 3rd in the nation as an individual agent for Keller Williams in 2015. In an effort to continue his tradition of client-centered service, Ryan has since built a highly skilled team to assist clients with all of their residential, relocation, commercial and lakeshore needs. Ryan is the only real estate agent in the area who is also a licensed attorney in the State of Minnesota, and he has made a career of providing high-quality, professional and personalized service to help clients achieve their goals since becoming a Realtor in 2004. Ryan feels fortunate to live and work in the area he grew up in and is privileged to have served on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Association of REALTORS, the Lake Region Association of REALTORS, and the Fergus Falls Area College Foundation, as well as serving on the Otter Tail County Young Life Committee and church boards. In addition, Ryan is a member of the National Association of REALTORS.

Ryan is married to his high school sweetheart, Maria (Larrivy) Hanson, and has three active young boys, Owen, Lucas and Jacob. Ryan loves calling this area home and appreciates the opportunity to help clients experience all that the Minnesota Lakes Area has to offer.
