I gave them 1 star because I had to so I could post this review. I just wanted to add to one of the reviews this dental office already had done. This should concern you since this is a pattern of behavior. I agree that the front desk help was incredibly rude! And this kind of very unprofessional service is obviously condoned by whoever the dentist is. Which is very sad when there are plenty of really good dentists that would love to have your business. And do you really want to pay good money and get treated with disrespect and rudeness. I would check out Dr. Bunch on George Way for awesome, friendly, professional service.

FRIENDLY STAFF and a GREAT DENTIST! My wife found this Dentist when she had a toothache, then I needed a filing so I googled him and I seen the bad review and the good ones so I went to this dentist as he is really close to where I live. So here is my two cents.. I like this guy.. very gentle and he did great work, so the bad review is someone having a bad day and a tooth ache. My wife recommended him to me and I would recommend this dentist to family and friends as well. The staff were very nice to me.

Horrible service! Have never been approached by such bad customer service in my life, staff is rude and dismissive. Actually felt like I was bother the assistant at check in. Seriously horrible. Find another dentist, the dentist may be great but the staff alone will make you run in the other direction. From flat out rudeness to judging from the moment I walked in, this place is seriously in trouble. My suggestion fire the two at the front desk, as one sat in her chair rubbing her stomach and listening to what seemed to be a personal call on speaker phone, didn't even manage to get a greeting out. To the other, very rude lady by the wall who acted like I worked for her. Sorry without clients you don't have a job! At the moment I am shocked that you do. Customer Service like this needs to be seriously terminated! Then assuming I needed to be reminded 3 times! That if I miss an appointment I will be blocked from scheduling and will need to do call in same day appointments only. REALLY!! You have no clue who I am just because you choose to judge me by my "cover" has no influence on the type of person I am or the hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars my insurance has paid out for medical care and treatment. Your Loss! Go down the street ANY OTHER dentist will be better!

The receptionist is COMPLETELY RUDE!!! I have gone here for almost 2 years and not til today have I ever been so disrespected. Had an appointment and it was pulled and canceled on me because I got the confirmation vmail late but I replied to the text message to confirm. My appointment was important but with how this lady who thinks she is high and mighty was down right rude to me and spoke to me as a child, I'm switching dentists. I'm not putting up with her sour attitude. The dentist is good and if he knew how poorly she was treating his customers I'm sure she would not be working there period.

I am appalled by this dentistry! I went in for help because of so much pain with a tooth and from the beginning Dr Blair pushed me to go to an endodontist! I thought the pain was coming from a old root canal but it was the tooth behind it. Dr Blair did nothing to try and find the real source of my pain, he just passed me off to someone else. I was referred to the endo and within a few seconds of opening my mouth, the endo seen my problem! My fiancé called dental 32 and complained of their negligence and he was met with nothing but spite and argument! The secretary was completely rude and dismissive with him! She actually was calling him a liar over the phone! I DO NOT recommend Dental 32 to anyone! I will never go back and everyone I know will hear about the horrible service there!
