We went to this place for our first teeth cleaning in the tri-cities. Before the processes, we have asked whether all the fees are covered by our insurance and they said yes. However, one month later, we received a bill for the cleaning. We called them and they denied they said that thing. How a doctor can lie to the patient! It is so terrible place. Don't go to this place for your dental health!

Dr. Ng is a skilled and caring doctor. His office is quick to arrange appointments and he is always prompt to see you. He does his best to make you comfortable and makes it clear what treatments are necessary. His bedside manner is top notch and he is very competent. I highly recommend Dr. Ng!

I have been going to Dr. Ng for several years now and he fixes what needs to be fixed and he does it very well. The dental hygenist working in his office is also exceptional.

I have been going to Dr. Ng for about three years now and I will never switch dentists ever again. First of all it has been years since I have seen a dentist, and the moment I walked in I felt right at home. From the awesome smile that Erin gives you every time you walk through the door, to Jessica and Dana two of the best dental hygienist you will ever meet with awesome personalities to match. Oh and lets' not forget about Dr. Ng he made me want to come back, he didn't scold me for having bad teeth, he just told me straight up what needed to be done and it was done, with no pain at all. One last thing I must say about Dr. Ng has to be 80's day every Thursday it just takes me back to when I was younger.
