I had visited my dentist for a cleaning and they told me I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed. They recommended me to Columbia Basin Oral. I decided to go with Klein because they said they worked well with my insurance. I regret not going to Columbia Basin to begin with. I got in the same day I called which was a surprise to me. I had just came from my Dentist's office which is SUPER nice and offers complimentary spa services while you get your teeth cleaned. I was pretty skeptical when I sat in a chair at Klein's office that needed to be hand cranked to higher it. He looked me over and put the fear of God into me. He said that it was going to be dangerous because my tooth was close to the nerve in my jaw. Klein told me he wouldn't even set an appointment for the extraction until I got a cat scan.  He said my insurance would cover the scan because I needed it before my surgery. I got the cat scan done. He gave me five prescriptions and set a date for me to get my teeth taken out. They estimated about $5,000 total. My insurance wasn't even going to pay half of it and none for the cat scan. I waited for 3 weeks to hear this news and only a week before my appointment. When I called my insurance they said Klein's office gave them codes for an eye exam and they were completely wrong codes. I decided to make an appointment shortly after to Columbia Basin. Dr. Reddinger looked me over and told me everything I needed to know. When he was finishing up I asked him if it would be dangerous and told him how Klein needed a cat scan to proceed. He said that every wisdom teeth extraction performed is a risk because the wisdom teeth are close to the nerves and that they did not need a scan. He also told me there would only be one prescription. They gave me an estimated $2,300 total to get them removed. Less than half of Klein's and not even including the cat scan I was billed for. They were completely professional and friendly. There office is nice and newer. I was not skeptical at all walking in to Columbia Basin Oral. I'm glad to hear some people had positive experiences with Klein but I am definitely not one of them. I recommend going to Columbia Basin Oral for any oral surgery you need!

Best dental care I have ever received. You can tell they really care about the patients with good chair side/bedside manner and I even got a follow up call after my surgery to see how I was doing. Very polite and competent people.

My family has been going to Dr Klein for over 20 years. We ALWAYS have a pleasant experience and have never had a problem. Dr Klein  is a gentleman and always a pleasure to talk to - he puts you at ease!! I would highly recommend him for your dental care - and the staff is great also - I've never had a bad experience with them!!!

Dr. Klein is the best! He has successfully pulled some of my teeth 3 different times in past 8 years. Having an enormous fear of dentistry, it took a kind, professional oral surgeon to even look in my mouth and this is Dr. Klein. I wish he could have been my provider as a child!

I am a new patient to Dr. Klein's practice, introduced by my wife who is a long-time and very happy, satisfied patient. I was very pleased by the excellent care that I was provided by Dr. Klein and his very professional staff and I would highly recommend him and his practice.
