Horrible.  The owner or who ever he is is named Charles and is not patient.  And will try and strong arm you. Also was told labor was with 4 guys they sent 3 and had to go back twice and show them the glass they missed while cleaning up there mess. As well as cigarette ashes that were left on and porch chairs from there guys. Owner call and said small company and cant order a window and afford to wait 4 to 5 days to put in. These  guys are broke and desperate for money. And will try and screw you. Do not use .way frecking bad. O ya by way or p.s way over charged 1900 for new window that i could have gotten for 650.00 but was told it had argon the one they installed was not and was just the window payne not the whole window.. just bad all around .

My husband's windshield cracked so we tried the Glass Doctor.  Very quick and professional service.  Definitely will recommend this location.
