Took my mom today to find a living room set. Samantha, the store manager, was excellent! She was matching tables and pillows with the couch my mom liked. She was awesome and extremely patient! I'll definitely shop here again.

Went here with my sister to look at bedroom furniture. The sales person was very polite and helpful. We were qouted a price on a set that was not in this particular store.. we were told it was the OUT THE DOOR price. In my books that means the final price.... went to another store to see the set IN PERSON and loved it... went back to make sure the correct sales people got the commission... yet now the price changed... somehow they forgot tax.. and they forgot the warranty.. and have us completely new numbers. NOT IMPRESSED.. they did a very bad job at standing by their word. Note to self next time get the quote in writing.

The mattress was great in the store but was not the same at home. We sank in about a foot each and I created this huge divot in the mattress when I laid on it sucking my fiance in. she was not impressed. We didn't take the 100 return policy and mattress cover.. huge mistake... $2000 mistake. The option can't add it after the mattress is delivered. Hugely disappointed I think that may have been the point where we should have walked..

The showroom manager, Samantha Delgado is very unprofessional. My couch was supposed to be delievered this weekend and without even reaching out we were told that it would not get to us until sometime during the week. Rather than give any type of apology for Mr. Jake Black's (a team member) mistake, she constantly said " there was nothing she could do about it and they're just "so sorry". Our money will also not be refunded until 7 to 10 business days! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The staff, receptionist and showroom "manager" are both a disaster and do not care about you once you pay them! There are a ton of other places you should spend your money for better quality furniture. Also, look at the reviews below clearly this location is well aware of their horrendous service.

I am providing a poor review due to the customer service provided when I found out that the order was incorrect. We went to the East Brunswick location about a week ago and ordered some furniture pieces. Yesterday, the items were delivered and the side table we ordered was incorrect. We did not accept the delivery and went back to the store to find out where the error was. The table we had picked was actually $20 dollars more and was incorrectly entered by the sales representative. Customer service advised we would need to pay the $20 difference and reschedule delivery. The upsetting part of all of this was that the order was entered by the sales rep and checked by the MANAGER and rather than accepting the error, the same Manager was adamant that we pay the $20 difference. For one, to accept the delivery, someone stayed home and took off from work, on top of the that our order was incorrect. When asked if we can take the showroom model, even for that they still requested $20 more so that we can take it same day. I am beyond upset with Raymour & Flannigan and the Manager as she does not know how to deal with customers well. It was her error and yet as the customer, we had to pay for mistake and for what....$20??? Is Raymour and Flannigan not able to afford $20 especially when it was THEIR error!!!. On top of that, rather than accommodating us with a delivery date of our choice, they picked a date that best fits them and now we need to take another day off. We will never shop there again and do not recommend this place to anyone as customer service is not a priority to them. Incompetent staff with no viable solutions for errors that are made by them!
