Went here with a set number in mind and planned on sticking with it. Found a set we love after looking at 5 different stores. Price was over budget so the salesman, Ammaz was his name, worked with me as much as he can. After we spoke for around and hour including me going over some numbers in my head and with my girlfriend, he called over another associate of his, named Rebecca, and I have to say they were fantastic. We were still coming in over budget but they worked with me as much as possible. They came down quite a bit so I only saw it right as I go up a little bit. This is what customer service is all about. Hands down the best experience I have ever had buying furniture. Fantastic sales team and all around a great place to shop. Will be recommending them to everyone I know that needs furniture.

Thank you Steve, for a pleasant and successful shopping experience. Delighted with my purchase and appreciated the very helpful fellows as well at the loading dock who somehow managed to fit it into my car!  I highly recommend the store and thank you again for your help.

Not happy. The salesman was completely unwilling to work with us at all. I had 48 months interest free financing last time I purchased. This time he wanted to give me 18 months which would be almost 3x the amount per month. Rather than working with us on pricing or financing he laughed when we said we’d take our business somewhere else. Strange that when you want to give someone 1200 they are hardly interested.

I purchased from value city East Brunswick in 2013 and was happy to walk in today and see Gary was still there. The whole
Process was quick and he even remembered us. It was great they pulled up our account to make things easy. We are also very satisfied with free set up and delivery.

First of all I love Value City! It has furnished my entire home.The furniture is beautiful and I get many compliments on it.  I personally want to thank Judy for always being top notch. She is the only saleperson that I recommend to my family and friends! She is extremely accommodating and my purchases are flawless. She has helped me set up delivery with ease. I will only shop when Judy is there. I cannot day enough good things about her!
