We made a special order with RF in Nanuet... 2 weeks before the Thanksgiving. Since it was a special order it took 4 weeks to get delivered... No surprises here, since I was told that it might take this long. However, after 4 weeks they finally scheduled the delivery with me. Their guys assembled everything, and then I noticed the table's leg is broken (chipped, I could see the inside of the wood). Imagine.... 4 weeks of wait and then receiving a damaged product... and then another 2-3 weeks if I want to replace the table with RF... I decided to cancel my order with them and asked for refund! Their customer service representative was sort of rude as well! I understand that the damaged products can get delivered by any store or vendor...but in such a competitive retail market the customer service should be top notch! That was my experience with RF in Nanuet... In the past years we had bought stuff from RF in Yonkers, NY and never had any issues! However, I will never give them my business anymore! I would suggest to shop online some where else where the customer service is Great, places like Wayfair, Houzz etc.

I didnt purchase, however wish i did... the sales rep was helpful, a little more expensive then bobs.. but the service is better at raymour
