Worth the wait! Yes, it took almost an hour while waiting on 30 numbers to be called on a Friday evening. Usually I go to Blue Springs but wait has gotten so long lately. Thankfully, the gal that served me was the Independence office manager that had come to help out. Crystal was SO helpful and knowledgeable with everything I needed!  She even saved me hundreds of $$, letting me know about a form I can fill out for the loss on my totalled vehicle.

It takes forever they close before they're supposed to close if you close at 2 o'clock p.m. on Saturdays why do you guys leave early instead of waiting until exactly 2 o'clock that's what a business is supposed to do you guys should get fine for that

They are always friendly. You don't have to be in the line long waiting for hours. This is a place to be at

Other than having to stand in line while waiting I have no complaints.  Line moves quickly and the clerks are all friendly and fast.

The Missouri Department of Revenue needs to promote everyone working at this place. By far the best customer service I have received at a DMV. I will be coming back to this DMV for any and all services I need in the future.
