My experience at this DMV location deserves more than 5 stars! Never have I ever been so pleased with my service at a DMV. All staff seemed so helpful and pleasant to work with as I was there renewing my license. I must say I was dreading going to the DMV, since most times, it can be extremely stressful. Although, the lady who helped me, Crystal, was AMAZING, and so very nice. She made me feel reassured with all of my questions, as well as answered all of my questions thoroughly. You can tell she loves her job and takes pride in helping others with sometimes confusing situations. I am most definitely coming back to this location and referring others. Thank you!!!!

I don't know why this location gets such a bad rap. Every time I've come to this location it's always been a pleasant experience. The kiosks that let you check in and get alerts via texting have changed the game. It's so convenient. The staff has always been professional, helpful, and just plain kind. They deal with tons of belligerent people during the day, but overall they're very patient. I've never waited more than 45 minutes even during busy periods, and honestly 45 minutes of just sitting there with my book is pretty golden to me.

A very efficient and painless experience, all thanks to Crystal! I brought in way more paperwork than required as I wasn’t entirely sure what all I needed; she quickly sorted out the necessary documents and was taking my picture within minutes. Took no longer than 10 minutes, and if I wasn’t so chatty Crystal would have had me out in 5. Five stars!

I love the automated cue. Call ahead and get you name in line. Then when it is almost your turn, you get a text message. All you have to do is go to the DMV, sign in at the kiosk, and your name will be at the top of the waiting list! I never wait more than 5 minutes after I sign in!

The lady that "helped" me gave horrible service. I bought my car when I was at a Kansas address, but am now trying to register at my new address in Missouri since my 60 day tag is expiring soon. Apparently since I paid sales tax in ks and not Missouri, I'd have to pay double sales tax for Missouri to register it here. But she didn't say that, she just kept saying I needed this document without offering any explanation of what the document was other than the title of it. All I wanted was answers to my questions about that document, but what I got was bitchiness and her claiming that I was questioning her on how to do her job. Answering questions and giving good customer service is part of the job, so I suppose I agree that she doesn't know how to do her job. There's no reason to blow up like that on a reasonable customer.
