Had a good experience here so i thought others should know the people here are great. Had questions about sending odd packages and the manager there actually took a few mins to answer them which was kind.

Wonderful folks at this location! A gentleman named Paul helped me. He made the process very easy and found the most economical method of shipping for my package. He was extremely pleasant and great to work with!

Consistently BAD service from this location. Yet again today, I had a Amazon Prime package coming, received an email notification that it had been delivered in the mailbox. Except that it was never delivered. I had one envelope in the box and nothing else. And I was home the entire morning. The last time this happened, it showed up the following day and our regular mail person said the guy that works his day off marks the stuff as delivered and then leaves it in the truck for him to do. This is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. This has happened to me TWICE...What can be done about this? MY TAX dollars are being used for this sad excuse for service. When it comes down to it, it is your word against theirs that the package was delivered!!!!

Was having a bad mail day today. Called the 63rd Street post office and Debra (not sure of the name spelling) answered the phone. I can not say enough about the going above and beyond with her customer service. In fact I don't even like calling for it customer service, she flat out was paying it forward. You have an EXCELLENT employee working in that office. She did me a service I will not soon forget and I intend to pay her kindness and helpfulness forward at every oportunity I can. Thanks again Debra!!!

This is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. Since moving here, we have had nothing but trouble from this location. When I have to call, they are rude. If I go in there, they are rude. I'm told a manager will check on the issue and call me back. I have not once received a call back. It's sad when we can't depend on the post office for anything.
