I purchased an engagement ring from Jewelers Row in Chicago and it wasn't done properly the first time. We went back 2 more times for edits and it was never right. Less than 2 years later the ring was already starting to bend where they made it too thin. I worked with Christine from Razny Jewelers and she was able to create a beautiful mold and redo the entire ring to which my then fiance and now wife, absolutely loves! They were also able to make a beautiful wedding band to match the ring. The service was excellent from every person we worked with. The cost was reasonable and the quality of the ring has exceeded our expectations. Plus they were able to have both rings done before the projected deadline that they gave us. My wife gets compliments on her ring daily for which I'm told that I did a good job. I know who the credit should go to. Needless to say, Razny now has 2 more customers for life!

from start to finish working with Razny Jewelers was an A+ experience for my husband and I.  They were able to make my great grandmothers band look as good as new and help my husband pick the perfect diamond to go with it. When it came to our wedding bands all we had to do was tell them our vision, and they brought it to life! any time someone compliments my rings I am sure to direct them to Razny Jewelers (and we live in San Francisco!) Bonus: their watch selection makes for a perfect wedding day gift for your groom! can't wait for future reasons to shop here!!

I damaged my wedding ring pretty good and thought for sure it was going to be a big deal to fix it. I brought it in and the ladies in repair were wonderful and it did not cost me a small fortune to fix it. When I got my ring back it looked as good as the day I got it. Thank you all for the wonderful service and experience!!

Razny Jewelers have been great, I went on three different occasions to have some services and repairs done and they've been nothing but super efficient, quick and super friendly. I almost wanna go back just to say hi to Roy who's always smiling, Nancy who's been more than nice and helpful. Thank you guys for being so, so nice , efficient and affordable.
