I've been to various jewelers throughout the years (and even throughout this town); unequivocally Costello has been the best experience. 

Very reasonable charges for exceptional work. I actually came here for the first time after a different (much worse) jeweler lost the pins to the bracelet for my Tag Heuer Carrera Twin Time while removing a link. That jeweler didn't offer an explanation, couldn't  find them, end of story. Charged me anyway. Long expensive process with Tag for that one, they had to special order them.

Absolutely no problems like that here ever. From polishing to adjustments, everything is done quickly and professionally (to a high standard). If they need more time they tell you and they call as soon as the work is done. They were even able to work out some kinks in a (probably rusted) bracelet from the late 60's and size it for me without doing any damage.

Jewelery assortment is gorgeous and on par with what you would expect of a high end shop. Aesthetic is warm and welcoming. Beautiful cabinetry and sufficient lighting to show everything without exaggerating it.

Vanessa, Debra and everyone else are wonderful to chat with, very friendly and get to know you. You get the family shop vibes that seem to be lacking in other places these days. It's a refreshing thing and one of my top reasons for recommending the shop. Not only do you get a fantastic product delivered, you get wicked good service. That alone is worth a decent price these days.

Overall I highly recommend this shop. I would have no problem sending friends and family their way.

Best big time, small town jeweler around!  Great service with even the little things!  We have purchased many watches, engagement and wedding rings and always feel comfortable with even our heirloom pieces in their hands.

I brought a handful of brand new watches to the jeweller I spent over $125 I had to take three of them back they were incorrectly reassembled they were scratched they never called me two times in a row to tell me whether or not they were available I've known Joe Castella for 25 years and I can't believe this is the kind of service I get I will never come back again

I wear a old Rolex Submariner and the bracelet clearly showed the marks of numerous "field repairs" with a dive knife on a rock or with a winch handle improperly applied (if there is a correct way). I took it in to Costellos's hoping that they could at least put it back to operable and safe service of my watch.  I went to pick it up today and  was AMAZED!  Not only has the clasp been repaired to BETTER than new, but all the "age marks" have been removed or at least minimized. The Jeweler took off the emergency strap, replaced the two 20mm pins and put my OEM bracelet back on my watch. The charges were $ 000.00 (a new bracelet is $1,000.00++). 
It never pays to scrimp.  TRUST THE "BEST"!!!!!
