Updated Sep 5, 2017 - looks like the things have improved in the branch. everyone now greets you with a smile. We got exceptional service last weekend. a special shout-out to a staff member named Bhavika. She went above and beyond and assisted us with all our queries. I have increased the rating as well !!

Feb 2017 : 1- star: complacent staff, looks like they do not want to come to work everyday. they do not care if they are losing business, wrong attitude towards customers. TD bank at Hurontario seems a better branch at least from a customer etiquette standpoint.

I won't agree with the Bank's rating here on Google as my experience has been great at this Bank all along. Maybe it depends on the person you deal with. I along with my family have been working with Sanjay Kumar who is always willing to help out of the way and provides great service. He is not only impressive but also great at making you feel comfortable and has always given best of advise helping make decisions easy. I would recommend this branch and Sanjay to any of my friends and family. Deal with him and you will be served nothing short of 5 star services few great banks can provide. Thank you Sanjay. You are the best.

Used to have access to my safety deposit box rapidly through the help of the front desk but this time I was asked to stay on line for the teller to help me for that. I spend 15 min more than expected.  Disgusting!

Always a huge line. Severely under staffed. Also, when there are huge lines the staff will still go on their breaks - which makes the wait even longer. Expect to wait up to an hour for service if you come around lunch hour. Normal wait time is 20-30 mins for non-peak times. Staff also make dumb mistakes too (like debiting from the wrong account - causing the account to go into overdraft). Terrible experience - find another bank to go to.
