I've banked with other banks and this location is by far the slowest at processing deposits and withdrawals that I've ever seen. The only reason I didn't score lower was because the staff is always very friendly and courteous. If you're going to bank here make sure that anytime you need to visit the drive through line that you have a book and a full tank of gas because you'll be there a while!

Absolutely the worst customer service. I had to wait in line for about 40 minutes to make a deposit.  The deposit was never posted to my account.
I tried to contact customer service, but I was told the call volume was heavy and I would need to call back later.  I tried to use "Chat now" but it says no representative are available.  I tried to call the manager of the branch but I was put on hold for 20 minutes, I finally hung up.  I tried to send an email via their secure email system, but it would not accept it. (the "select" drop down menu does not work.  Very frustrated and I am out almost $2000.
