They charge fees for everything. You can try to explain what happened but they will just say “sorry for the frustration, anything else I can help you with.”  They are not helpful at all. Chase usually waives ridiculous fees if you call them and have a legitimate reason. I’ve never had trouble with chase.

Very slow service , lack knowledge of basic banking, dishonest, no cash deposits in ATMs, too many phone prompts.

Terrible service, I have a suspicion that they take small amounts of money from the customers, things do not add up sometimes.

I just put one star because it wouldn't let me put something below that! 😤 i just drove 45 minutes from San Antonio because i need more money than the ATM can give you and i got here and this stupid Bank is closed already!! Need to update this crop but now!! Other People can get in the same ugly boat that i am right now!! 😡 thanks a lot whoever is responsible for this!!!
