If I were to recommend a realtor to anyone, it would be Amy Bodine. Amy was referred to us by a family member who had a great experience working with her in the past. We were absolutely thrilled with our own experience with her. The very first impression I had of Amy was her getting in touch within an hour of being sent my information from my mortgage broker. The responsiveness was awesome! Amy showed us many properties and was extremely patient as I looked for the home that gave me "the feeling". Once we found it, Amy was fast acting to get us an immediate showing. We fell in love with the property and she helped us to formulate an offer and get that offer submitted the night of our showing The outcome was that our offer was accepted within 24 hours. After our offer was accepted, Amy worked with us to negotiate repairs and navigate questions we had for the sellers. Every step, from start to finish, Amy was there communicating, supporting, and ultimately celebrating with us. We could not have possibly felt more valued. Amy truly found her calling in realty and anyone looking to have a great buying or selling experience should reach out to her. Thank you, Amy! We absolutely love our new home!!!

Amy was so awesome to work with. She was our Zen agent. Taking us to see a ton of houses, answering all of our questions, and keeping us calm when we were so stressed about making one of the biggest decisions of our lives! 5/5 will definitely work with Team Bodine again!
