Undoubtedly every year people visit the Sedona/Oak Creek area and fall in love with the beautiful geography and wonderful people. Some of them start to wonder, what would it be like to live here? We first visited the Sedona area 30 years ago and our dream was born to one day have a home there.  This past year, we were able to make that dream a reality with Rob's help.  He took our dream seriously, showing us a variety of housing options until we found “the one.” He made the home buying process as smooth and enjoyable as possible, always being available to answer our questions and making sure we had all the information we need.  We absolutely love our new home and would recommend Rob to anyone who wants to make their dream a reality!

We went into Remax to get some information about land and houses in Sedona and Jody and TJ were both so friendly, caring and also very knowledgeable.  We ended up purchasing a house and they made the whole process seem so easy especially since we are from New Hampshire and not able to be there to deal with some things.  They went above and beyond.  I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy in the Sedona area!

Rob Schabatka was fantastic in helping us find and purchase our Sedona home. Over a period of two years, we looked at many houses and seriously considered three. Rob's extensive knowledge of the local market and the negotiation process, his steady and calming demeanor and his patience with our leisurely pace were great assets. We could not have asked for anything more.

Ask for Herb... He is legendary!  The Sedona market is crazy and I met nearly a dozen listing agents at open houses and all of them tried to 'push' or 'sell' and that approach to such a big purchase is repulsive.  Plus there is a major lack of inventory in Sedona and some agents felt it was ok to lag on getting into new listings...  Then I met Herb at a listing of his... He was quick to show us the place, rearranging his schedule to accommodate our time frame.  With no pressure he allowed us to check out the property and ask questions about the place and the market...  Turns out Herb was a builder in a different market in his past and he is an investor here in Sedona, so he was able to offer massively valuable insights through the process.  Over the course of a few weeks we viewed everything in our price range and began reaching out to Herb to get access to the newly listed properties as good homes in Sedona don't last long.  We got in one the day it came on the market and knew we wanted to move quickly... Herb ran all the comps that day and we had our offer in that evening.  They countered and we accepted... Then on to inspections and Herb proved to be a HUGE ASSET to us at this point in scheduling, arranging access and helping us interpret the results and process regarding how we can get the best deal possible.  The deal got a little shaky at one point and we made it clear to Herb we really wanted the house... He was an awesome help in making sure everything went through!  Tonight I sit in our new home thanks to his help! He swung by with recommendations for some contractors to help me make some improvements and I'm so thankful Herb popped into our reality to help us with this deal!  He is quiet, patient, honest and reliable... A true real estate professional who put our needs and goals above 'selling a house to make a commission' which is the vibe we got from every other agent we met.  Seriously, whether you are buying or selling land or a home in Sedona, call Remax and ask for Herb!

Jody  is the sweetest Realtor we've ever met! Jody and TJ Coleman were a huge help to us in our search for a home or land in Sedona and surrounding areas. They took their time to walk us through all of our options in our budget. Their patience and hard work really opened our minds to all of the possibilities on the horizon for us. We've already referred our friends and can't wait to have Jody and her family over for a Vegan  dinner when we settle in to our new home.

You cannot look at homes on their site unless you provide them all your information. Not  worth it.
