Let me begin with a disclaimer - I am a lover of realtors.  I've found them to be highly trained hard working professionals who consistently go above and beyond my expectations.  DAVID HILL was no exception to my happy realtor history.

My husband and I had decided on purchasing a second home in the Sedona area.  We were entirely up in the air regarding home vs. condo, location, whether to build, etc.  David skillfully guided us through a series of decisions by providing pros and cons of various options while showing us a plethora of properties.  We eventually purchased a single home in a gated community - perfect for our desired lock and key lifestyle.

Along with the above, not inconsiderable enterprise, David tailored our experience so it was in line with his rather astute observations of our personalities.  While maintaining upmost discretion, he guided us towards a HOA with relaxed vs. rigid guidelines.  He also, again with great discretion, validated our perceptions of other professionals we met along our way.  It was clear that he had our best interests at heart.

Lastly, though by no means all,  by freely sharing his expertise on local residential building and contracting practices and overall personal knowledge of the Sedona area, David gave us the confidence we needed for managing 2 households 2000 miles apart.

I was very fortunate in finding Katrin as a realtor.   She worked tirelessly and with great attention to detail to make sure that I had a successful and positive home buying experience.  I chose to purchase a new home from a builder while it was under construction.  I was able to modify and select many of the design elements.   The process necessitated a very complex purchase contract as well as a great deal of paperwork with weekly accounting updates.   Katrin is well-connected in the community and I am grateful for her support. Without hesitation, I would send anyone her way who is looking for a very professional, caring and competent realtor in the Sedona area.
