I have rented from Skaff for almost 3 years between two locations. Both in S Moorhead and both of them a great deal of space for the money. Hands down! The office staff has always been very helpful and friendly and they made the transition between locations practically seamless. I recommend anyone looking to rent in Moorhead go here first and see how high the bar is that they set. You won't be disappointed.

If I’m taking the time out of my busy life to write something positive then that’s saying something! Everyone I’ve dealt with from Skaff has been great! My apartment building is well maintained and kept clean. Anytime I’ve needed anything they have gotten back to me very quickly. This is my second time renting from them and both times have been great.

Great staff that were nice to work with.  BUT our neighbors and building management on the other hand...Month old frozen vomit on the steps, used needles by the back door, 2-month-old shriveled olives and a fry on the indoor steps, dogs that aren't supposed to be in the building barking at all hours of the night, screaming children running up and down the stairs, parents constantly yelling at them in common areas, drug addict family members of tenants needing the police to be called on them, security doors that either jam shut or are never closed and locked, domestic disputes from the couple downstairs, snoring that I can hear every night from the downstairs neighbor, sidewalks and parking lots rarely shoveled and always covered in ice (I'm constantly worried my 8 months pregnant wife is going to fall and hurt herself on the ice). Skaff started out like a dream come true and after 2 months turned into a nightmare.

If you’re looking for great location, super friendly staff, and great apartment living then visit the people at SKAFF Apartments. I highly recommend them.

I lived with Skaff for a little over a year in the 1124 building on 27th avenue south in Moorhead. Any maintenance issues I had were taken care of in 1 to 3 days (always) and I loved my huge 1 bedroom apartment.  Staff is always nice, and overall, I had a good experience, and got my full deposit back when I moved out. I would certainly recommend them!
