We recently purchased a home in West Fargo.  Rhonda Kreutz was our agent.  We highly recommend Rhonda.  She was fantastic.  She was very patient with us and believe me that would have been difficult because we are an elderly couple and had specific needs which she addressed in her search to find us a home.  Rhonda is extremely knowledgeable about the Fargo area.  We wanted a quiet neighborhood and she kept this in mind in her search for us and found us a great home. Buying a home is one of the largest investments my family and I will ever make. Mari Santoyo Perry, a BHHS agent did a tremendous job listing our home and selling it in only 4 days! Also, she was able to record and share a professional looking video about our home and I feel this helped market our home along with the marketing materials she created. I would recommend working with BHHS Premier Properties to buy or sell a home!

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a realtor company. Absolutely no communication, making excuse after excuse. Took 3 months to close on our home after 3 months of already having a date set and not once did our realtor try to help us get any compensation for our troubles. Also buyers had an agent in the same company that we had our realtor so they double dip on the commission we have to pay. Absolutely the worst company to work with. Will never recommend this company to anyone. I could never put anyone through the agony we had to go through.
