Great people to deal with! They really know the Grosse Pointe area.

BEWARE! Unprofessional and unethical!! A few days ago I contacted Mr. Cotzias about a house he has listed for rent. We discussed the house and I told him I definitely wanted to rent it. He stated he would draw up a one-year lease and get back with me. I offered to get him the deposit immediately, but he said sending it by mail would be fine. He asked me to text him my full name and email address (which I did immediately), and he would draw up the lease and get back to me with an address to send the deposit. After a day or so of him not getting back with me as he said he would, I got concerned and asked him to contact me. He texted me that he had decided to let his niece move into the house for a few months, but that he had some other (more expensive) properties if I was interested. I told him that he had confirmed to me on at least two separate occasions that I could lease this particular house, and that he was ethically and morally, if not also legally, obligated to lease this house to me. I suggested he maybe should let his niece move into one of the other houses he was now trying to up-sell (bait and switch?) to me. But he again just tried to talk me into a more expensive rental property. Again, BEWARE, and do not trust what Mr. Cotzias tells you!

Disrespected my wife (buyer) while I was deployed overseas. Do not recommend! Find another agent! He also did not have enough time to finish the deal and kept rescheduling the appointment. He even deleted my message on Zillow so that our experience will not be shared with future potential victims.
