We.ve been with SEM for 6 years and have yet to have any problems. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

This company manages the Condominium Complex that I live in. They ignore all requests for maintenance. We have a leak on our ceiling and my dry wall is soaking through on to the floor. Calls to Southeastern Management are automatically sent to voice mail. And the calls won't get returned for days. They assessed every unit in the complex $1000 last year to do "beautification" projects. Nothing has been beautified. There are no project management skills at this company. No schedules, no timelines, no conflict resolution... They habitually avoid having to do anything other collect our monthly housing association dues.

The absolute worst property mgmt. company in the world. I own several condos and have for the last 21 yrs and this is by far the worst I've seen. Their grounds are extremely unkept. The office manager "JAN" and the ghetto president "MICHELE" over at the Eastland Manor couldn't care less as long as the associate dues are collected each month. If you want to live amongst trash, weeds, rust and potholes live on property managed by Tom Sabella :)

I rented from them and two months into my  new place the basement started to leek. When ever it snowed and melted or rained water start seeping in on the floor. When I asked them to fix it management told me to "get over it or leave"! Then was threatend with thirty day notice! Stay away! Sure wish I did.
