We used Kay to help us locate, buy and build a home while we were overseas. She was very helpful in helping pick color schemes and sent us pictures of our home weekly as it was being built. She was very thorough in the final walk through and made sure everything was in great shape before closing.

Carmen and I just wanted to write you to express our appreciation for everything that you have done for us. It is hard to know where to begin.  When you came into our lives is nothing short of a God send as far as we are concerned!
At the time we were back home in the US, on vacation from our assignment in Australia and thought that we would take advantage to look for property in the St. George area that would become our retirement home.  Not having much time Carmen opened the local phone directory and selected your name from the listing of Realtors.  The rest as they say is history.  
You agreed to meet us on short notice and took the time to drive us around showing us numerous properties.  As the afternoon progressed, we still hadn’t found anything that appealed to us.  You then suggested we might want to take a look at a subdivision where your son was in the final stages of building a home.  We subsequently found a lot we fell in love with.  You graciously gave us a tour of your son’s home that was near completion and eventually connected us with his builder.  Based upon the craftsmanship we saw and your recommendation, we contracted his services to build our dream home.

Now for the challenging part- we had to return to Australia and there was a lot of business that had to take place in our absence.  You took charge of the entire process for us while we were halfway around the world.  This included but was not limited to:
•	Negotiating a reduced price for our building lot
•	Making your home available to meet with the builder before we returned to Australia
•	Arranging our construction loan
•	Assisting with arranging our conventional loan
•	Putting us in contact with local government agencies and utilities.
•	Overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish.

We have moved all over the United States and around the world, and have never met a realtor that is remotely close to you!  We could not believe the level of effort you expended to take care of us.  There is absolutely no way that we could have built our home without you.  I still cannot believe your thoroughness and diligence in overseeing the construction process on our behalf.  You continually sent us progress photos, and contacted us anytime you felt there were issues with the construction that needed our input or clarification.  I am a construction engineer for one of the largest construction companies on the planet, and I couldn’t have done a better job.

We absolutely love our new home and we love you too, Kay! You have become like family to us, and we are grateful to the Lord for putting you in our lives.

This spring we bought a home in legacy, after looking two months in St. George for a place to spend the winter.
Over the course of looking we ran into several agents, and put two other homes under contract, but none of the other agents we worked with compared in service to Kay Hancock.

 We found her after we had put a condo under contract, and wanted to look at a few more. She was very professional and kept us updated on the market, and each subdivisions restrictions and HOA rules.
We had to clear several issues such as structural inspection, rental rules, and the improvement of a small tract of land adjacent to the house. Kay got back to us promptly, and stayed with us for the whole process, surprising us with her friendly service, and patience.  If we buy another property in St. George, we would be delighted to use Kay Hancock.

We have just bought a new home in St George. We are new to the area and needed a lot of guidance. Thank goodness we saw a flier with Kay’s information on it. Kay is a Professional Buyer Broker. She truly only has the buyer’s interest at heart.  She took good care of our every need and concern. The closing went so smoothly and every little detail was taken care of. We would recommend Kay to anyone and everyone who is looking to buy a new home in the St George area. Thanks Kay!!!  2015

We contacted Kay in 2011 to assist us in looking for a vacation townhome. Being from out of state and on a limited time schedule we were hesitant to make a hasty purchase. We quickly found Kay's understanding of the housing market and her many contacts in the real estate business eased this hesitation to a comfortable level.

During the purchase phase we had returned home and this is when Kay really went into action. Her ability to work with the HOA, lenders and inspectors was remarkable. She ensured each aspect of the purchase was completed correctly and timely, forwarding all the documents for our review. She even contacted the Post Office and had the mailbox key changed and had a new key ready for us when we returned for the completion of the purchase.

Needless to say, a few months ago when we decided to move to St George permanently we sought out Kay. Once again, she quickly moved into action to see that the purchase of our home was the right choice.

We found that Kay is well respected in her business and knows everybody, from the guy who mows the lawn to the civil engineers at City Hall. Kay's expertise and positive attitude is truly something to see for yourself.
