DO NOT RENT FROM THESE TERRIBLE PEOPLE!!! This management company doesn’t even deserve one star. I had to move before the end of my lease because they broke my lease and violated my privacy. They allowed maintenance to come into my apartment without my consent or knowledge while I was there. I literally got out of my bed and walked in on a man standing in the living room. I reported the incident to the management and they said they didn’t have time to give a 24 hour notice before sending maintenance to replace air filters and that they would tell him to wait longer before entering my apartment without my consent again... which is still ILLEGAL.. and unacceptable. They also accused me and my roommate of things we didn’t do and were incredibly rude with every interaction I had with them. I could go on and on about all the things they did and said that were terrible..I loved my apartment but the management there were beyond horrible.

We rented from RPM before we bought our house and it was a great experience from beginning to end. Would recommend!

RPM has been a exactly what we needed. We moved quickly due to work and entered into a contract with a really bad property management company. I was desperate when i found RPM and Luke immediately made me feel better. We got started right away, RPM took care of everything and even made a heater repair before we were completely under contract. Since then they have remained amazing, we currently work with Kaitlyn, she is great and always keeps us in the loop by getting with us immediately on everything we need to know about. I no longer worry about our home and thats huge since we reside out of state. We could not ask for a better company to manage our property!

I am writing this review in hopes it will save someone else the heart ache that we went through for 12 months while renting a house via RPM management. This will be kind of long winded, but will be well worth the read if contemplating leasing with this company. Right off the bat I was lied to stating the closet door to the master closet was ordered and was going to be placed asap. That was January 17 and now 2018 and is still has not been replaced! Even after several reminders. My back door separated from the house in June '17. They came out and took about 6 very long nails and patched it together somewhat but you could still see holes in the flooring. They stated they was waiting for funding from owner. January 18 and the door has yet to be fixed. Its freezing in my kitchen! I had a water leak in the wall behind the washer and dryer units. They came out and fixed plumbing, but did not fix water damage or replace the wall they cut out. Exposing all plumbing without insulation. This was summer of 2017. Come fall they have not fixed water damage or replaced the portion of the wall. There was now black mold (at least it looked and smelt like) Contacted them yet again and they came out and painted over the mold with a paint with "spore killers", but did not replace the wall that was cut into to get to plumbing. Now January 18 and my washer line froze because yep you guessed it! It still has not been fixed. You think it can not get any worse or maybe why have I not moved already! I reported to them in the spring of '17 that the huge tree in the back yard was dying and branches was falling and that I was worried about it falling on my house or the power line in the back yard. I told them I called the electric company and they said they did not trim trees in the middle of the property that it would be on the owner. RPM said they would request it be trimmed by the owner, but they did not have the funds... Well this past August part of it fell onto the power line and box connected to the house. I was out of power and the electric company stated the owner had to get the box fixed before they could reconnect us. We had to stay in a motel over night on the eve of my daughters first day of kindergarten. The thermostat in my house read 98 degrees all my food in the fridge that I just bought wasted. Guess what we have another branch that is about to fall any minute and it will land on the electric wire and our house (my son's bed room.) Reported this and an water issue( Another 180$ water bill) It now marks day 3 of report and will not be fixed until Monday. Making a 5 day wait while my water bill is charging away. I withheld my rent this month in hopes it would motivate them to fix back door, tree, plumbing, and my closet door. (Did this when reporting said issues 3 days ago) they said I would be charged a 50$ late fee and 10$ a day until paid in full. My lease states I can withhold rent if it takes more than 14 days to fix issues that makes uninhabitable. They said they don't see it in the lease. I sent them my copy and told them I had no problem paying the rent the same day those issues was resolved. She said I have them coming out Friday (today now) to fix plumbing and wall and a contractor coming Monday to fix back door, and nothing on tree. I said great I will pay rent on Monday without late fee. She argued and was being rude said I gave you time to talk and you will give me time to talk. You are responsible for the late fee.....ECT. I said the lease states otherwise and I am still waiting for issues to be resolved since my lease is expired at the end of the month and if not resolved I would be moving. She assured me that plumbing and wall would be fixed Friday and we got off the phone. Well it is Friday and issues are not resolved. He came looked at it and said I might be able to do it on Monday. I called and again was spoken to rudely. I am done and will be moving. RENTER BEWARE they are unethical and rude!
