Bad place! The management lied on several occasions. And when they do their monthly inspections and pest control, if you're there, everything is okay. But if you're gone, or in my case being asleep and they thought I was, they searched ALL the rooms (bedrooms included) that they normally stay out of if you're there. On the monthly checks, If you're not home, stuff WILL go missing. And they'll lie and try to get you at every turn, even when you try your best being a great renter. Be forewarned!
Oh, and the maintenance guys are the worst! A/C goes out and they'll fix it... 3 days later... and when it breaks again every other week. And the attitudes of all the employees there are horrible!

Please do yourself a favor and do not rent from this place. The management is incompetent, rude, and dishonest. I helped my niece find this place and since the day she moved in it has been a nightmare. It is not safe, not well maintained, and getting ANY HELP from management is a joke. We are currently looking for a new place for her and in the meantime we will use this apartment as a storage for her things, I would not house my dog in this facility. Go ANYWHERE else!

I have never lived at these apartments but I went to look at a unit for my daughter (who is a college student, so this was close to the UofA) a while back.  As I approached the door, I could hear an argument so I stood listening for a few moments. I heard what sounded like a tenant complaining of a maintenance issue and the response I heard was "Do you know how hard my job is?!?!"....we turned around and got back in our car! Thankfully, we have found her an apartment a little closer to campus and with a VERY helpful manager who was professional and kind. I couldn't believe the unprofessionalism I heard outside of that door; nor would I rent from someone like that.

The pictures are definitely better than in person. Lived here 2 years and had two rent increases started at 460 left at 525 same apartment. The pool has not been opened the last two summers. This place is ok, but needs a little TLC which is probably the reason for the rent increases.  I had property damaged here and the apartment complex refused to pay which was the last straw for me. I bet if I would have damaged their property they would be looking for me to pay.
