I have known Scott Garrison for over 20 years. I am a local Orlando Realtor too, I still partner with him on some properties and work together with him. He knows a lot of detailed information about Real Estate- he helped me put together a Florida Land Trust and a special Mortgage when I did some Owner Financing on some Land that kept my name out of the Public Records- nice!  He also refers business and buyers to me when he has more business than he wants. He know a lot about Sales, marketing, computers, organization, Real Estate, negotiation.  Tons of Energy and he is always doing something. It’s best to just give him something to do and then get out of the way and let him take care of it for you.  What more could you ask for

I was searching for an investment property here online, my favorite real estate website.  I found a property that interested me and through here online I met Realtor Scott Garrison.  Scott Garrison dropped what he was doing and immediately showed me the house, as time was of the essence on this property.  By the end of the day, Scott Garrison had our contract submitted and shortly thereafter we had a signed contract.  His follow-up and communication were excellent, whether by phone, e-mail, or text, whatever it took.  Thanks to Scott Garrison , inspections were a snap.   I have used many realtors in the past, but Scott Garrison is tops.  He was easy to communicate with and always answered my questions or concerns.  His years of experience is a bonus as he definitely knows what he is doing.  This was my first experience with electronic signatures, which was a breeze with Scott Garrison's guidance.  Scott Garrison delivered on everything with enthusiasm and integrity, and results!  I can't imagine ever using another realtor again.

I met Scott Garrison when I was looking to make my first real estate investment. I was impressed by his commitment to me and how he always followed up with me despite how much of a """"small fish"""" I was. After much time of looking at countless properties, Scott Garrison assisted me in my first real estate investment, a triplex, and it was a home run! He handled everything from putting me in contact with someone to do a home inspection to finding me a general contractor, whom I still do business with today. He even put me in contact with my home owners insurance company. Basically, Scott Garrison isn't the type of realtor who simply facilitates a transaction, he WORKS for you. I purchased my triplex in November of 2013, and I've heard from him several times since then. He called to see how everything was going shortly after the sale, and he gave me another follow up call about 5-6 months later. He even called me on my birthday just to wish me a happy birthday and to see how I was doing. Business relationships like this last a lifetime, and I would recommend Scott Garrison to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell a home.

I’ve know Scott Garrison for a good while and met him through a referral from a mutual friend who really likes him as a Realtor.  I found him great to work with, and he does what he promises without needing any follow up. You always know what’s next and where you stand with him, even if I didn’t like to hear it at first. You can count on Scott. If he says it will be done or go certain way, it probably will!  He has a great online presence over quite a few key sites for himself, so you know he can do the same for you when you need to Sell your home and get the word out. Whether you need to buy a home or sell one, like me, you’ll find he is just the kind of Realtor and person you have always hoped you can find to work with, and I would definitely recommend him to others! Yay Scott!!!

This was the second time I’ve hired Realtor Scott Garrison to Sell a property for me here in Orlando and he did a WAY fantastic job. I’m an out of state investor, first he sold a difficult piece of Vacant land for me for cash in about 6-7 days when I though it would take a year, this time he just sold a rental for near Maitland Center and I-4. In the end he Sold it THREE times in 39 total days- we had over 7 offers during that time, including some crazy ones from less-experienced Realtors & Buyers Scott recommended I move away from. He just kept going and going until we got a normal buyer with a normal transaction, and that in the end we managed to dodge numerous potential EXPENSIVE issues and get a good price for the property. Scott went above and beyond in protecting me from weird offers and unreasonable requests from other agents. He gave me personalized and detailed service, nearly always answering the phone personally no matter when I called; hewent out of his way to help me… for instance, he personally ordered some replacement windows thru a contractor he know, and oversaw the installation himself all while I was out of state.. and even PAID for the windows personally and agreed to get reimbursed by closing.  Second time he sold a home for me was even better than the first, and I would be sure to work with him again when I sell my Kissimmee Rental next year.
