I have known Scott Garrison for over 20 years. I am a local Orlando Realtor too, I still partner with him on some properties and work together with him. He knows a lot of detailed information about Real Estate- he helped me put together a Florida Land Trust and a special Mortgage when I did some Owner Financing on some Land that kept my name out of the Public Records- nice! He also refers business and buyers to me when he has more business than he wants. He know a lot about Sales, marketing, computers, organization, Real Estate, negotiation. Tons of Energy and he is always doing something. It’s best to just give him something to do and then get out of the way and let him take care of it for you. What more could you ask for

I was able to find Scott Garrison while searching for the top realtors in Maitland online. I had a property for sale and had already found a buyer. Scott assisted the sale by getting directly in contact with both me and the buyer and he helped them with all contracts including closing contracts and he had it done very professionally. He follows up very well and makes sure the whole process is flowing as fast as it should. He has integrity and a wonderful sense of energy and made sure no detail was missed in the process. He almost made it look easy. He recommended me to Shawn Barry, a great closing attorney who had the same efficiency and professionalism as Scott. I will be using Scott again with future purchases and sales and will be passing his info to friends and family.

When I was in the market for a new home, which happen to be in an extremely competitive market, there was only one person I felt comfortable calling to guide me through it, and, of course, that was Scott. I’ve known Scott for almost two decades, and, from prior experience with the purchase of two other homes through Scott, I was confident that he would work with me to find a great house within my budget. He was (and is) efficient, effective and motivated. Scott didn’t disappoint me this time either. He referred me to a great broker where I was quickly pre-qualified. He listened to my needs and came up with a fantastic list of homes. The week after Thanksgiving we began the search, and, before the new year, I had purchased the perfect home for my needs in the exact location I wanted. He was there from the very beginning to the closing and, essentially, held my hand through the process maintaining a positive energy and remembering every detail. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I am very thankful I had such a wonderful realtor to turn to. I would recommend Scott Garrison to all my family and friends. Further, should my needs change in the future and I’m ready to buy or sell again, I will call Scott.

I’ve know Scott Garrison for a good while and met him through a referral from a mutual friend who really likes him as a Realtor. I found him great to work with, and he does what he promises without needing any follow up. You always know what’s next and where you stand with him, even if I didn’t like to hear it at first. You can count on Scott. If he says it will be done or go certain way, it probably will! He has a great online presence over quite a few key sites for himself, so you know he can do the same for you when you need to Sell your home and get the word out. Whether you need to buy a home or sell one, like me, you’ll find he is just the kind of Realtor and person you have always hoped you can find to work with, and I would definitely recommend him to others! Yay Scott!!!

I've been dealing with Scott for 25+years. He has helped me buy and sell several properties in the Orlando/ Geneva area including vacant land. I have dealt with other realtors out of the area and it is like night and day. From the moment you explain to Scott what you are looking for, he takes over and makes everything simple. He loves what he does and it shows. Best realtor I've ever done business with by far.
