STEVE SMITH IS HORRIBLE!!! I DON'T KNOW IF HE WAS HAVING A BAD DAY BUT MY WIFE AND I CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT A PROPERTY AND THIS GUY ACTED LIKE HE DIDN'T WANT TO ANSWER ANY OF OUR QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PROPERTY, HE WAS VERY SHORT, VERY RUDE, AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, WHY WOULD YOU LIST THE HOUSE ON THE INTERNET IF IT HASNT BEEN CLEANED!! ME AND MY WIFE ARE HARD WORKING HONEST PEOPLE WHO DESERVE TO LIVE IN A NICE PLACE AND HIS UNPROFESSIONALISM DEFINITELY MADE HIM LOSE OUR BUSINESS!! WE ASKED FOR A RETURN PHONE CALL FROM HIS BROKER BUT INSTEAD GOT A PHONE CALL FROM STEVE WITH HIM DEFENDING HIS ACTIONS SAYING HE WAS BUSY DOING 2 THINGS AT ONCE, IF THAT WAS THE CASE GET MY WIFES INFO AND CALL US BACK! I KNOW THE HOUSE WILL GET RENTED OUT EVENTUALLY BECAUSE ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY AND NOT TREATING PEOPLE WITH RESPECT WITH THIS COMPANY OBVIOUSLY!!
