Jessica Rodocker is without a doubt one of the most skilled, attentive and hard-working realtors in the entire region. She provided valuable remodeling insight as we prepared to sell our home and, when listed, had a buyer in less than a week. First Neighborhoods Realty is incredible. We have worked with other realtors in Knoxville, but no one as professional and savvy as Jessica Rodocker and her team. They have the inside scoop on our historical Knoxville neighborhood and were able to let us know about several upcoming sales before they hit the market (one of which we purchased). The sale itself was complex because the seller was a relocation company, but Jessica was unfazed by the extra complications and she guided us through the home-buying process expertly. We loved working with her so much that we asked her to sell our old house too—which several other big-name local realtors previously failed to do—and she was able to find a buyer within two weeks. I still ask for her advice on contractors for repairs and improvements to our new home as her knowledge of reputable local companies is extensive. Jessica is realistic and straightforward, and it was clear from the beginning that she cared about our best interests and not just making the sale. We could not be happier with our experience!
