We purchased a hot tub and have been very pleased. Jenny in sales was great and very patient with us. She explained everything. When our coast spa was delivered I was very nervous on how these guys were going to get it where I wanted it. They did it with ease. Very professional guys, explained the in and outs of chemicals and maintenance. Great bunch of guys.

We purchased a reconditioned spa from them about 18 months ago.  Since then, we had a few issues with the heating element, but in each case, Mark and the rest of the team have provided EXCELLENT and timely customer service!  We are customers for life!  Thank you all!

Don't buy a pool from here! Pay a little extra from a bigger and better known business. Purchased our pool in March and it was not installed until the second week in July! Was told three different times it would be installed. Even the water company didn't like working with them. When pool WAS installed really shotty work. Pool supports crooked, hole in the liner and BIG wrinkles all over the bottom and sides with deep FOOTPRINTS in the bottom of the pool that we just have to accept. Really wished we would have cancelled our order after the second delay and many excuses they gave us and paid more for better servjce.
