Generally, this is a cool store, and I used to go there all the time because it is close to my work. I have bought several bikes there (new and used) for my family and many other things. Some of the guys, especially in the repair section, however, have a bit of an attitude and can come across as arrogant and condescending. Recently, they tried to sell me a used bike part that was available for new at exactly the same price!? And then during the repair of my son's bike they took the heavy-duty Abus cable lock off (by removing seat post?) and misplaced it. They eventually located the lock in their rental bin when I asked for it the next day after realizing that it was missing. I am not sure I will go to this store again. I also find the used items, bikes and parts, somewhat overpriced.

Professional service, wide selection, and reasonable prices. These factors alone make Recycled Cycles stand out, but the personal touch on every purchase, repair, and tune-up is what makes this bike shop truly great. The staff here really cares!

Nice employees, GREAT selection, good prices on used bikes. You won't feel pressured. I wish they'd had a little more expertise, but I still found my first bike!

This is a great place to go to get new, and used, parts for any kind of bike. Geared more towards street and mountain bikes. Fun if you are teaching someone to build a bike from the ground up. Dig through the used parts bins to put together a great creation for a low price, or get a complete new bike. They have a shop that can take care of any of your bikes needs. Friendly staff. They also take donations if you need to get rid of any parts cluttering the house. Now get outside and ride!
