5 Star for the Dr Ochoa, she is very patience, very nice, I can not complain. I had pain after done the crown and I came back for her to check like 4 times and she didn't charge me anything. Her assistants are very nice, they explain everything that they need to get done, they talk, laugh, help you to be calm.
The stuff that took care my billing complain (I forgot her name, she is blond lol) she is very nice, she took care my issue with all love, she is a great heart. 
I will come back and I referral Dr Ochoa!!!! Loved her!!!

Let me tell you, I don't like any medical staff ever. They make me nervous. So when I came in to have a small crack filled and they said I needed not one but two crowns, I got that bad feeling like when you realize you're at a shady auto mechanic. 

Glad to say I couldn't of been more wrong. The front desk person went above and beyond to work with my insurance, so I could afford the work! Then the experience itself went as well as a double crown can go. My smile looks night n day different, and I will definitely be back. 

Friendly staff, top of the line equipment, and a lovely dentist.

I had come to Red Bud Dental with a few issues. Ive always had a fear of the dentist. Dr.Ochoa and her team are so friendly and kind. They really made my experience a relaxed one. They helped with a affordable treatment plan.

I had the absolute WORST dental expirence at this establishment. Giving 1 Star is a stretch! Would not recommend to anyone. I felt completely belittled by the office manager after she told me, “I had a terrible attitude and had bad communication skills.” She also went on to blame every problem I encountered with the establishment on my own “stupidity.” These problems included several issues with scheduling appointments online/over the phone/in person, having to argue with staff about billing, aggressive attitude from staff, and so many others. This repetitively rude and immature behavior from the front office staff and office manager was the last straw for my family. We will not be returning to this awful establishment and will make sure none of our friends and family have to go through this outrage.

Love the staff here! And Dr. Ochoa is so amazing!! Defiantly recommend here for the experience and the prices don't leave you broke!! Thanks ladies!!
