Frustrating, very upset with this group. It started with the receptionist. She seemed quite distracted on the phone and could not understand a thing. I had to repeat my address 3 times and spell every word for her. She did not ask for a phone number or a name. Just my address. Frankly, I was surprised when someone showed up at my door on time. The price I was quoted to clean the carpet in 1 bedroom seemed high, but from looking at their ads I thought they might offer a higher level of service, and I try to support businesses in my neighborhood. Anyway, a nice enough fellow showed up and apologetically informed me that on top of the overpriced carpet cleaning charge there would be a $65 service charge. I told him, 'No thank you' and he left. I should have been told that up front. Had my phone number been taken, when the over sight of that information having not been disclosed was discovered, I could have been called. Now I have new bedroom furniture arriving tomorrow with no time left to get another service provider out here. They may be good at cleaning carpets, but I will never know.
