I had been going to this place for years and had given it a five star review in the past, but unfortunately, I can't say the same for the new owners. Since I go there often, I would always buy their prepaid car wash packs but today I was told that they will stop honoring them after this month. While I understand that I bought these from the earlier owners, I can't imagine that the new owners didn't know or assume the liabilities of the earlier owners. If they are not going to honor the terms of the prepaid services, they're essentially telling previous loyal customers that they don't want or need their business. 

Most of the people (washers) working there are the same and they still do a great job, but I don't see myself going back there. I've left my earlier review so folks can get a view.of how change of management or owners can make a place go from five stars to a single star.

One of the best car washes in the neighborhood. I've tried a few others, but these guys do the best job. I believe Bay Breeze is the best value for money., especially if you buy their 6 or 12 coupons

Best car wash in Suffolk county 
Must go see for yourself. Great service and great promotions too Hands on owner and very knowledgeable.  GREAT friendly staff too.

This place is absolutely terrible. I went there this morning and spent $21 on a full service car wash. When I got back into my car I was fully disappointed. There were still crumbs everywhere, all around my gear shift was sticky, it wasn't sticky before I brought the car in. They didn't clean my rear view mirror at all, it still had fingerprints on it. They didn't wipe down the glass that covers the speedometer, and the outside of my windshield still had dirt on it. They were obviously in too much of a rush to care, and it wasn't even busy. Also my license plate was not bend before I went to this car wash, but now one side is bent forward. On top of all that, the customer service was awful. If I pay that much money for a car wash, I expect for things to at least be wiped down. I will never be returning to this terrible place, and I will be sure to let everyone I know to do the same.
