i went with my car straight from getting an oil change next door at 5pm. i asked what time they closed to a worker and was told 6. i also looked online and it was advertised as 6pm. i have a cargo topper that i don't go through with so i took everything out and unattached the cargo topper. this took 15 minutes. i was ready and waiting to get across the driveway because it was blocked by previously done cars. after sitting for another 10 to 15 minutes i was told they are closed. i proceeded to tell the employee i live 45 minutes away and just went through all that work to get my car ready and they don't close for at least another half an hour as advertised.  i sat there waiting to get through and multiple employees came up and told me they are closed. i spoke to the manager and he basically said the same thing but i wasn't having it. they didn't vacuum my rugs properly and the windows were horrid. i gave them a 10 dollar tip and i feel terrible using my car was ticket and 10 dollars to get such a terrible job. i understand it was close to shutting down but that doesn't fall on me or my service.

I came here every week until I’ve had it with their service! If I pay for the gold package at least do everything included with it. I always have to remind them to clean the inside of my car. It’s annoying having to be on top of it, I’m just coming by for a car wash not to remind people constantly what service I paid for. The most annoying part is when they think they’re done but they didn’t even start so you have to hunt a worker down & they’re already busy on another car.

The worst place you could go to. It broke the plastic piece off of my window the car was not fully clean doing away and all I got out of it was a clean but not clean car.
