Service slow, food not great. Had to refuse one platter just not good at all. Have never had a bad experience at Red Lobster. Last night was a disaster. .my brother in laws birthday, party of nine. Not enjoyable at all. Asked for water never got it. So disappointed! Met a couple  leaving when we got there who told us to turn around so we were not the only ones. Should have listened.

The place was nearly empty when we visited on December 23. We were told there was no wait and then they attempted to fit five people, mind you we are not that small, into a table meant for four. We asked for a bigger table and they told us it would be approximately a 15 minute wait. We patiently waited for over twenty minutes and then finally got told that the people that were seated at our table had gotten the check after more waiting we were told that they had left and that it shouldn’t be much longer while they cleaned the table. Over 15 minutes passed and still no one seated us. It would have been a different story had it been busy or full or whatever but only two other families came in while we were waiting.  Needless to say the staff had enough time to gather and gossip and I learned way more personal information about them than I would ever need to know.  We walked out and our table was still not ready even after a wait of an hour, don’t see our family going back to this Red Lobster

Our waitress took great care of us asking many time if everything was alright or if we needed any thing. The food was so good and  we couldn't eat it all.   There wasn't any wait and we were seated as soon as we walked in .

My steak was over seasoned so much pepper I couldn't taste the steak. The crab was old and reheated and the broccoli was dry. But the salad and biscuits were good. That's not saying much

Food wasn't served for over an hour as we watched other guests seated after us being served. We inquired of the manager as to why. She checked on it and said it was misplaced by a new trainee. Guess they found it because about 3 minutes later we were served soggy rubbery microwave reheated dinners and ended up not eating and just paying the check to get out of there without causing a scene and ruining other folk's dinner. What a shame, this restaurant chain has really gone to hell. Will never go back.
