This Red Lobster seems to be a popular one. I have been here several times and not even once I have not waited to be seated! That itself is a compliment to the restaurant. The food is undoubtedly good. The seafood is fresh, the fact that you can pick the live lobster says a lot about the freshness. The staff has always been good and friendly. Special mention about the drinks. They make good cocktails!!

Excellent service but quite full on weekends,holidays and whenever they hold lobsterfest. Free parking is available as well as handicap parking but you might have to park on the one local street(Executive Square)in the neighborhood. But then again it's quite safe to do so. There's also a People's Bank across the street from them in case you run short on funds. It's also adjacent to a Comfort Inn for any out of town travels that are to weary to drive back home.And a Motel6 right across the street.

I wish that I/we had gone to Red Lobster before. I heard so many stories about the place, such as, "Oh, the place is overpriced, and the food is very unhealthy for you" It's seafood, what are you to expect? Seafood is not cheap anywhere these days, and considering that you're eating out, they have to make their money too. Like if you're going to have a Lobster dinner, they'll probably charge you $20 for 1/2 a Lobster, which is indeed a rip-off so Pro-Tip for Advice, don't buy lobsters at Red Lobster if you're functioning on a Budget. Instead - a better idea, buy a Seafood Platter for $30. That'll feed more than one person, and the Seafood Platter had 4 types of seafood to feast upon. In other words, just know what you're getting before you walk in. For 9 of us, we accumulated a bill of up to $270. Yeah, sure, it's pricey but Seafood? Olive Garden certain will not be considered a match compared to these guys ^-^

The customer experience was satisfactory. The dinning & restrooms are clean & easily accessible. The customer service is good but you need to ask for anything extra. Such as, water to be refilled, napkins, more biscuts. Depending what is ordered, the food can be heavy. They do not skimp on the butter & cream. The entrées definitely comes out hot. Please note, if ordering shrimp & lobster pasta, you will get more shrimp than lobster. However, the manager will fix it, if asked to.

The service was outstanding today. Very good waiter food exact. I would highly recommend. Please bring one back to Springfield mass. Put one in the new casino mgm is building I’m sure it will be a hit.
