I'm sad to say we went there to celebrate with family and friends and it was not a good experience AT ALL.  I'm not sure if the waiter was the only one in the entire restaurant, but he was very short when taking our order and non-existent after that.  The rice was not flavorful and was dry, noodles were not much better.  A $14.00 drink was ordered and once at the bottom of the drink, there was hair mixed in with the ice and fruit.  Made the waiter aware of this when we received the check, he proceeded to charge the full amount.  I called him over to again to say  there was hair in this drink.  The manager questioned the hair in the drink, mind you it was a LONG black hair (bartender had long hair) and the person who had the drink is a black man. no comparison in hair at all.  So they only took off 1/2 the price of the drink.  Needless to say I will NOT be going back there.  Food - BAD, Service - BAD, Get it together

Very sad to see how downhill this place has gone. The first few years it was great, great food, great service, great ambiance. It's now a shell of what it once was. My girlfriend and I went just last night. Upkeep has disgusting. Booths cracked, menus are falling apart, and instead of reprinting them with new prices, the new prices are literally written on top of the old price. We were seated for 20 min, no one once came over to take out order. I went to the bar to ask the manager to have someone come over finally he did himself. Very apologetic and polite about it and gave us a free appetizer for the trouble. The food was subpar however. The sushi roll I normally get  which is supposed to have crunchy yellowtail in it was just mush, but it did have some crunch with a nice piece of bone in there. I didn't finish the roll it was so gross. Overall the food's quality has gone down, as has the appearance and service.

5 hour wait time, terrible service, food is mediocre. I cannot not express enough how disappointing this experience was. Take your money else where as the prices are high.
