We frequent this restaurant and won’t be spending another penny at this establishment.  Every single time I place an order through Uber eats my order arrives WRONG!  They completely omitted giving me both orders of fries that I paid for, I was missing one Lobster tail from one order, and one of the Lobster tails in the other order wasn’t cooked. Also, they didn’t send the lemonade that was ordered but that seems to be forgotten EVERYTIME I place an Uber Eats order with this location.

served me moldy broccoli and tried to convince me that it comes like that  manager and server ms hen  . black specks under the stem and black up multiple other florets! it's the blatant playing in customers face about something that should have never left the kitchen in the first place. condiments nasty too . they took broccoli before i got a good pic . highly disappointed!

Got busy - and got really slow along with that. Food was fine but I had endless shrimp and service was so slow that I left without getting everything I wanted.Food: 4/5

All you can eat shrimp.. but they give u no more than 3-4 shrimp at a time... Ridiculous even just for a regular meal. I will for surepost on every platform including tiktok. And it's my mom's birthday. HorribleFood: 1/5

I’ve been to this location so many times and every restaurant can be a hit or miss at any given moment but there food is always been good to me, today I went around 2:30pm so it wasn’t busy at all I knew exactly what I wanted, I ordered and the food came out in like 15 minutes, I got the endless shrimp so I choose from 8- 10 different options of shrimp, the server ask did I want a refill every 10 minutes and they came out fast . So GOOD JOB red lobster !!!

I only went here because my grandmother loves Red Lobster. I, only the other hand, truly believe that Red Lobster has fallen way downhill. However, this location took me back in time where the food was actually good. The server was so sweet and courteous and the food was delicious! I wish this location and staff were closer to me.Food: 5/5

Food was excellent. We eat here after. There's usually a wait, sometimes longer than others. Service is always on point,great food, good drinks, comfortable environment.Food: 5/5

It's been years since I was here. I ordered the admirals feast with broccoli, rice for sides. Everything was delicious. 4 stars because of the rice. It was dry, so I asked or some kind of garlic or butter sauce. She gave me some melted butter.  I took it home and made my own sauce.  Parking: Front and side parking was full but was not a crowd inside.  We parked in the back .

Well like many other restaurants, they were short staffed so if anyone in the area need a job, there it goes. Although they were short staffed they handle everything pretty good. My suggestion is don't go there with a large group for now unless you all have extreme patience. Some of your orders may come out wrong but hey it's understandable. The food was great!  Parking: If they were fully staffed and receive many customers parking would probably be a little squeezed but they're short staffed so consider parking plentiful.

Date: March 2024 Early Dinner  Service: 5/5 Tay was our server. ASK FOR TAY! Not only was she personable, attentive, and relatable… She also assisted her fellow servers and demonstrated that she is a team player. The manager was working the floor and available if there happened to be an issue. Prices : 5/5 Prices were perfect. The sizes of the drinks and food were more than fair.  Ambiance: 4/5 Family friendly and clean. Plenty of parking available in the clean parking lot. Restrooms appeared to be serviced regularly.  Taste/Textures: 5/5 Wow! We were blown away by the quality of our food and drinks. I had the feast with crab legsjuicy and seasoned , scallops, shrimp scampi, and shrimp pasta, broccoli, and mashed potatoes along with sweet tea.  Mom had the feast with salmon, scallops, coconut shrimp , shrimp scampi, broccoli, mashed potatoes, top shelf frozen margarita.  Yes , it was a lot of food with plenty available for leftovers. Yes, it was delicious!  Value: 5/5 The combination of a positive experience service wise as well as quality of food will keep us coming back!  The check was $130 and worth every penny!  TLDR:  Mom and I were pleasantly surprised by this neighborhood gem. We didn’t expect much based on the area. Fortunately, we still went and enjoyed ourselves immensely.
