Worst customer service ever. Took 10 mins for me and my 3yr old to be seated, when there was multiple tables available. Once we were seated, no one acknowledged us after being seated for at least 6 min. A simple welcome ill be with would have been fine and I would have stayed

Terrible! Brought my wife out for a last outing before our new baby is born and it was ruined! When we got there we saw about 5 empty booths (we have a 2.5 year old so prefer booths when possible). We were told it would be a 15 minute wait if we didn't want a table, so we said we would wait as we were in no huge rush. The host immediately cleaned the table and sat us. We sat for about 10 minutes waiting on someone to get our drink order, and the waitress (Raymond) was refilling the 2 other tables drinks, and she was making conversation with them. When she finally got our drink order, she still hadn't brought biscuits, but we figured she would when drinks came. 30 minutes later I still didn't have the beer I ordered (another employee brought it to me), we still didn't have biscuits, and she still hadn't took our food order. She finally brought the appetizer and asked what else we needed and my wife asked for the biscuits because our son was saying he was hungry. She said they weren't allowed to bring biscuits until our food arrived (what?!) Then she tossed the appetizer plate down resulting in the clam strips falling off the plate. She walked away without offering to make it right. I asked for the check and a manager as soon as I could get her attention again. We will not be going back to this location!

Food was ok but service was terrible we had to wait an hour to sit down and then another hour for our food and we came at 3 so not even during the dinner rush and this is not the first time I have come and I had to wait excessively when they weren't busy. Our waiter had very poor social skills. Each time we asked him when our food was going to be ready he said he didn't know and he disappeared this persisted several times I was beginning to wander what he did know and then the manger was no help at all They are about to lose my business if these problems persist in the near future.

I went for lunch with my mother-in-law & sister-in-law Sat 8/19/17. It wasn't crowded at all. We were seated right away by a hostess who was so intrigued with her phone and talking to her coworkers. One server came to us and told us that she would be with us in a moment. Well 10 mins later another server came to ask us if anyone took our drink order & that she would be out server. Let me just sum this up real quick... RHONDA our server was horrible!!! It took forever to get our drinks. We had to ask for bread and water. The meal came but we didn't have any utensils to eat it with. Our meals and drinks were great but her service was NOT!!!! Needless to say I did not leave a tip and had no intentions on leaving one. Don't know if and when I'll be back to the one in Conyers. It's starting to lack the customer service that I've been accustomed to.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. I don't know if they were having a bad day, or what. I've never been to this location before, and I'll never go back again. My family loves Red Lobster, and every time we go to the Tucker location, it's wonderful! We came here on a whim one afternoon, and let me tell you... We sat for over 20 minutes before a waitress came to our table. Waited another 10 for drinks. My drink tasted like cough syrup mixed with water. Had to ASK for biscuits AFTER we placed our orders. Still didn't have silverware on the table when our salads came out. Had to ask the manager where our appetizers were 25 minutes after food orders were placed. They sent out two apps... one of them was wrong. I told the manager this is not what I ordered, but forget about the second one, just take it back and remove it from the bill because I don't want to wait another 30 minutes for it. She must have said something to our waitress, because she came out and actually CONFRONTED me about what I ordered! Told me I ordered stuffed mushrooms when I ordered coconut shrimp and caught a real attitude about it!!! I don't even eat mushrooms!!!! Food comes out over an hour after being there... my broccoli was dry and doused in lemon flavor (WAYYY TOO MUCH!!), my lobster was actually rotten and fell to mush, and my steak was over cooked, my son's crab legs were dry and cold and basically EMPTY! I called the manager right away. At this point, I was seriously ready to cry. EVERYTHING that could go wrong, had gone wrong! I have NEVER had an experience this bad anywhere, EVER! Usually it's one thing or another, but this ENTIRE experience was horrible!! By the time they recooked my food, I had to take everything to go because my husband and son were finished eating. I ordered a dessert which I wanted to eat there, and it was brought out to go. At this point I was fed up and just wanted out. They did take my gross drink off the bill (which was no favor because I sent it back after one sip anyway), they comped my meal (that I didn't get to eat and had to be re-cooked because the entire thing was horrific; did I mention the lobster was ROTTEN??) I will never be back to this location again!
