Our server, David, was exceptional! My husband and I are formers servers ourselves (BBQ place), so we know how trying a server position can be, and how specific the duties are, so it’s incredibly rare that we ever receive service as we had with David today. Absolutely perfect. We had a few changes on our meal, and it came out right on point. He really went above and beyond for us to make sure we were set. Absolutely fantastic. 

David, if you read this - you’re amazing! You’re going to do GREAT things with your life! From server to server (one of us used to train servers, so they have a tendency to critique all servers), we are proud of you! Bravo!

I chose this restaurant to meet a business associate for a lunch and learn. The atmosphere at this location is great! It was busy but the environment wasn't loud. We were able to talk across the table comfortably and hear each other proficiently. Our server was wonderfully attentive without being evasive and I got to witness the chef personally deliver a hot dish to a neighboring table. She was super personable, greeting and interacting with every table that she past on the way back to the kitchen, affirming they were pleased with their meal.  I ordered my usual "Potato Soup without Bacon", Rolls, Iced Tea and Apple Pie since Every Wednesday is FREE Pie Day. Everything was tepid and tasty. My associate and I left with full bellies for less than $19 not including the tip.
O'Charley's gets my 'Randie Rave'!

Elizabeth provided extraordinary service. She was most attentive and courteous. She truly made an ordinary dining experience extra+ordinary. By the by, we dined on fish tacos. The 🌮 🌮 🌮 were delicious.

This restaurant is very clean.  When we walked in we were greeted and seated immediately.  Essence was our waitress, she was very friendly and made sure we stayed full on drinks and the bread.  Our food was fresh and just as we ordered.

Edit: one month later, eating there often. Favorite restaurant. Amazing food... They have a mix of good and bad  servers and that never affected my 5 star rating...But ordered to-go...and they need to get it together! Service was bad. It took forever to get my food. And two servers seemed way to interested in each other to care for the customers. If you're looking for a $30 to-go order, go somewhere else or just go ahead and eat-IN here. If you wait for your food to-go at this ocharleys, it will ruin your mood and you'll wait forever. Terrible experience.
