It appears they were having technical difficulties and had to take order at the window. They were not rude but were not overly friendly.  Forgot to put cheese on both burgers we ordered.

Management is HORRIBLE! Everyone who work there act & look so UNPROFESSIONAL! I waited in line for almost 40 minutes for ONE thing & no one apologized for the long wait. I wouldn't recommend that Checkers to ANYONE not even my enemy, it's just that bad every experience I have had there. I am done giving them chance after chance so I hope management read my comment & make changes ASAP.

This place was terrible. I was traveling and where I'm from, we have no checkers, so I  always stop when I come to one. I spent almost $30 here to end up throwing it away. My burger was cold and although I made it a special order, it was wrong. I love the fries here so I always order more along with my order, THEY WERE REFRIED, which made them hard, decided to try the advertised slushies and they were awful as well, more icy slush than flavor. I'm glad I was only riding through this town and do not live in this town because this was the worst Checkers I've ever went to.

This is the LAST time I throw away money at this Checkers after many visits over the years. (I live 1/2 mile away)

I usually get the double fish sandwich but somehow I forget until I get home, that they fry them into oblivion until it turns to a thin piece of dark brown ROCK. They actually look like someone first stepped on them and then dropped them into the fryer an hour earlier and then fry them again once somebody comes through the drive-thru.

The last time I had this experience, I drove back to Checkers and the manager said he would make me some new fish sandwiches. I insisted that he takes a look at mine first so that he could maybe explain/show the workers an example of what NOT to do. Instead, he got angry with me and told me to leave the property or he would call the police!!! Unbelievable! And he still refused to take back my burnt up sandwiches to see what I was talking about.... so he/they learned nothing.

Today was a repeat of that past experience except I didn't go back to Checkers. I called instead but all you get is a FAX MACHINE answering the phone.

There's no wonder the star rating for this store (3234) is only 2.8 stars!!!
I'm pretty sure I just wasted time writing this report but maybe... just maybe you guys will do something to improve your act and start having some pride in what you do - before you alienate all of your customers.

Thanks for reading my report. It's time for me to find something to eat after you guys just failed me again.
