In the city for a play and very surprised how good are diner was at Red Lobster in time square. Food was cooked perfectly I had the lobster lovers platter.Garlic rolls in beginning were very good with a little butter that melted on the spot. The person I was with had the key lime pie and said it was amazing. Even the coffee was great. Really good surprise.

Had the Maine lobster, and chowder, by my standards it was excellent. Pricing cheap compared to what you'd pay in the UK. Although busy, has a cosy atmosphere. Service was spot on. Great location near Times Square. Relaxed, enjoyable evening. Best seafood I ate in New York.

First time eating at this location. I like that they have 2 floors. Our experience was great. We did not wait long to be waited on and we didn't wait long for our food. Our waiter was Luis and he had GREAT customer service skills and he was a really nice guy. The food was also good. I will return in the near future.

There were 4 adults and an 18-month-old in our party. We called ahead for seating at 4:30 p.m. On a Sunday. When we walked in there was no one in the lobby waiting. They told us it would just be a few minutes. 30 minutes later we decided to STAND in front of the lobby desk until they saw us. They acted like they'd never seen us before. It would just be a few minutes while they set up our table. 10 minutes later when we were finally seated, the table wasn't set (which is what they told us they were doing) and we were seated extremely close to a huge party. Since then we never go back even if I love the food. Then I stumbled upon a cookbook about American Restaurant recipes that has the Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits recipe and boom!
