The restaurant built to emulate a building straight from Italy that you may see in Italy near a vineyard. Mock Stone wall with warm woodwork and rounded top doorways invite you in to a dim light atmosphere. The area within is quiet even when seating is full, great to enjoy conversation. The waiting staff are very friendly and expedient. The food is authentic, as I have spent time in Europe. Dishes such as shrimp scampi have plenty of shrimp and creamy sauce to cover plenty of noodles. All dishes are large enough to not leave hungry! Salads are large and covered with a vinegar and oil loaded with tomato, onion, olives, peppers. Bread sticks and salad refilled as needed. I had chicken giardini pasta with plenty of chicken and creamy white sauce and vegetables. There was no wait for a table at 3:00 in the afternoon but can be a 15 min. To 30 min. Wait at busy times. The dining area is always very clean. Our experience was excellent!

Was seated at a table for two. I sat for 25 minutes...No waiter or waitress would even acknowledge me at my table. Every time the waitress passed my table she looked the other way. Two other tables who where seated 10-15 minutes after me received their food as I sat unacknowledged. Finally, I stood up put my coat on and went back to the hostess desk and asked for a manager. I related my story to her. She asked me to stay and she would fix things. I told her there was no way I was eating there ever again, I just wanted her to know how her employees were treating the customers. I left and went to Juniors for a great meal and even better service!!

Helpful tips: The food is better here compared to other olive garden's I have been too. The staff are nicer as well. However, their prices are 4$ more for every item. So if are used to paying $6 for an appetizer, here it will be $10. Another thing is that if you want to sit to a window and have a good view, you have to mention it in advance. There is also suggested 18% tip, and there is pretty much always waiting for a table.

Terrible service, food was not good, and this is a hot tourist area. I had lunch there at the end of August 2017 at 1145am. It was not busy at all. Two male servers were busy with their cell phones n talking to each other. My server was one of them, who I had to wait for every time. I could not wait to leave this place. Don't get me wrong, I've been to other Olive Gardens,have had good service and food, but not here. Sad to say I will not be eating or recommending this specific place to anyone. To bad I could not give it a zero star rating.

Very busy place.Waiting time was 30 minutes .Street view from 3rd floor is amazing. Awesome food.Ashley took extra care of us. Would love to go again.
