I absolutely love their half pound Angus burger. Cooked perfect every time. Consistency at a restaurant is very important to me and that's what you get at Red Robin.The fries are amazing. I only wish they would bring more fries the first time, but there endless so it makes up for it. The staff is super friendly. If you go by yourself I recommend sitting at the bar. The guy who work's there checks on you frequently. They are however a little pricey but so worth it. You do get what you pay for.

Went in for my birthday burger & server was short with us like we were a nuisance because I have a club card? It's my free birthday burger/sundae, I have food allergies & the gluten free bun was like a hockey puck! She seemed miffed to bring me a new bun that was soft! Worst service we've ever had. If that's how everyone is treated no wonder you never see anyone there. Not a good kick off to birthday week! Food not as good as it used to be. Service slow & asking for bottomless fries refill was like a bother, they know what they offer in menu we didn't ask for anything we weren't entitled to. Had to ask more than once for drink refills, etc. Never been treated so poorly!

The service was superb, our burgers came out warm, not hot. My broccoli was not fresh, my server brought me a ceaser salad instead and the lettuce wasn't fresh! My kids and husband love your food, but this isn't the first time that I've had a bad experience with your food.

Never disappointed. Always treated like family. Waitress tonight even had extra hustle in her step. Always great service and great food, if there's ever anything error they fix it double time.

GM was amazing! Even though the bartender did spill a drink on my lap at the bar, she was apologetic and the GM really made me feels special for my birthday. The food was so tasty, the atmosphere was welcoming for all kinds-we will most definitely be going back!
